Whelen T-Ion
Our 3D printed housing for a Whelen T-Ion emergency light (light not included). Printed in ASA for improved heat and UV resistance for mounting inside vehicles. Housing allows for adjustment from 90-140 degrees (50 degrees of angle adjustment). Comes with 3M VHB double sided tape attached, thicker tape may be required for more curved windshields. Also comes with required mounting hardware to install the Whelen T-Ion inside the shroud.
As these shrouds are 3D printed, there are lines and some minor surface imperfections. Printed with 25% infill to maintain strength but keep the weight down.
